All subscriptions are billed in advance. Prices and billing cycles are shown on the pricing page before checkout, so you always know what you are paying for. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle; you can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your account.

When Refunds Are Available

We will issue a full refund in the following cases, within 30 days of your initial purchase:

1. A reproducible bug or service error that we are unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe, and for which no temporary workaround can be provided.
2. Duplicate orders placed in error (identical product, option, and account).
3. You requested a refund within 30 days of initial purchase and have not substantially used the service.

When Refunds Cannot Be Issued

1. Refunds cannot be issued once a subscription has been renewed beyond the initial billing cycle.
2. Refunds cannot be issued when the subscription has been used for a substantial volume of processing jobs that exceeds fair use.
3. Refunds will not be issued for reasons related to features we do not claim or advertise on our website.
4. Refund requests received more than 30 days after purchase are outside our policy window.
5. Requests citing technical issues without allowing our support team reasonable time to investigate cannot be processed.
